My Path Sofar.Find out about my history, dating back from 1985. After a decade working for blue chip companies such as AT&T, Philips and PolyGram, I started a small IT consulting firm for the professional services industry and SME's. Over the years, I transformed into catalyst for strategy, change and innovation for larger businesses. Today, I service clients at the forefront of technology and product development. It has been a wonderful ride so far, but it's far from over still.

Established in 1995.
In 1995, I founded my first company, offering accounting and IT services to SMEs in my hometown, initially selling and servicing computers and accounting software.
By 1997, the firm, renamed and refocused, began providing strategy consulting to mid-sized and larger companies. Despite the challenging period post-2001 Internet Bubble burst, the company gradually recovered. In 2005, a management buy-out by a new partner led to my departure, and I pivoted towards working on change and innovation projects across various sectors, embracing a lean-agile mindset. In 2011, my freelance career commenced, re-engaging stakeholders from my original consulting firm and expanding internationally. My focus was on enhancing the performance of specialized projects and programs through agile methodologies. In 2013, I co-founded Prodesto, a joint venture with Ton van Schie, dedicated to organizational change, benefit management, and conscious capitalism. However, in early 2017, I chose to pursue an independent path, offering specialized services in Training, Consulting, and Transitioning. By early 2020, I co-founded The Dragon Tail Company with Hajati Wieferink, aimed at training and coaching leaders to transform their organizations into forces for good. I continue to balance my commitments between this venture and my independent consultancy work. |
World class companies profit from passion and purpose. It is no longer about ‘share of wallet’; it is all about ‘share of heart’.
