We believe that success follows naturally when people with the right skills and a healthy dose of passion, creativity, and fun work together to build a shared future. We are the catalyst and unifying factor in effectively transforming organizations. In everything we do, we believe in co-creation, the multiplier effect and talent development. It is everyone’s job to call it when someone is breaking the code and to hold that person responsible for his/her actions, regardless of status or rank. This is an important aspect of the team retrospectives, and it is input for the quarterly development review. 

​If two values (or teams) are in conflict in a specific situation, the team(s) sit(s) down and discus(ses) it, following our mantra: Purpose first, Team(s) second, Individual third. Only if the debate cannot be settled within/between the team(s), the issue is moved up the hierarchy.

Our Guiding Principles

  • Build a company to lasts for a very long time, until it has achieved its purpose.
  • Don't be concerned with quarterly earnings or stock prices; keep your eye on the horizon.
  • Don't be driven by profit; be driven by purpose. Profit is necessary to sustain and develop the company, but it is not the reason to be in business for. 
  • Recognize the interdependent nature of life and the human foundations of business. Create value with and for all stakeholders. Like life forms in an ecosystem, healthy stakeholders lead to a healthy business system. 
  • Community leadership is essential to the success. Train leaders in such a way that they create a bottom-up culture that can achieve success by empowering people. Practice adaptive and servant leadership.
  • To remain relevant and innovative, be ready and willing to change everything about yourself and your business, except your purpose and core values. Progress demands change; sustainability requires spiritual equilibrium.
  • Everyone is required to embrace the purpose and values in order for the organization to make strides, recognizing the sense of responsibility that comes from being a visionary organization. 
  • Prefer to promote inside employees to management positions. This allows for consistent excellence in leadership from within the ranks, from employees who have adhered to the organization’s core ideology. This is a way to preserve the core while stimulating progress.
  • All great organizations are created and guided by leaders who see a path and inspire others to travel along. They recognize the integral role of a conscious culture and purposefully cultivate it.
  • Be keen to celebrate successes, but keep this question top of mind: “how can we do better tomorrow than we did today?”​

  • We do not bow to the tyranny of ‘OR’ or ‘BUT’. We do one while preserving the other. We embrace and connect opposing extremes and apparent contradictions. We love the genius of ‘AND’; it is where creativity roams;
  • Our decision-making is based on data & facts. Above all else, we settle debates with data and facts. Whether our own data or data from trusted sources. Data always outranks hierarchy and governance;
  • We will experiment to see what works and what doesn't, before scaling it; 
  • We are completely transparent to all stakeholders, sharing information on objectives, processes, key results, costs, and profits;
  • We make use of proven methods and techniques, openly share knowledge and experiences, and help others in their personal development;
  • We pay to attract and retain the right people rather than pay the wrong people to show the right behavior.
